Why Meditation?

  • A daily meditation practice will give you energy, release anxiety and calm your nervous system. When you lower stress, your body benefits. Studies show that meditation increases optimism, strengthens memory and focus, improves sleep, lowers blood pressure, and more.

  • One of the biggest benefits of meditation is spiritual rather than physical — it helps you connect to your intuition. You’re able to get out of your own way, turn down the volume on fear, and let the inner voice of inspiration guide you.

  • The biggest promise of all is that when you change your energy, you change the energy of the world. That’s not some spiritual mumbo-jumbo — it’s the truth.

Here’s an example: Let’s say you meditate in the morning and shift your energy. You start your day feeling better. That afternoon, you call a friend and bring positive energy to the conversation. She feels better and is more connected to her children as a result. Her children feel the connection and are more centered and strong.

When you meditate, it has a ripple effect that helps others and changes the energetic state of the world.

Through our work together, we will create a personalized meditation and mindfulness practice

that you can use for the rest of your life to calm your nervous system so that you can be fully present (aka less stressed & anxious), connect with your intuition so that you can live mindfully and radiantly, and finally feel spacious, balance, luminous, and energetically connected to yourself, your truth, and your people. 

You'll learn how to make mindful habits something you'll look forward to in your life, AND you'll develop the key mindset shifts that will change everything.

You'll begin to elevate not only your day-to-day habits, but also your way of thinking and being in the world. This means you need to commit to living your life on your terms and to saying "YES" to the person you have the potential to be.

I’ll share with you many tools, insights, and strategies to open up new awareness, to inspire you, and to live a mindful, radiant, and connected life!

What’s included?

8 Mindfulness Sessions

Session 1: Foundation of Mindfulness

  • An introduction and full overview of mindfulness. Learn what mindfulness is, how to practice it, and the deep benefits of this work.

Session 2: The Breath

  • Learn 4 breath techniques to help you anchor your awareness to your breath to relieve stress and help you focus so you can be more productive and present 

Session 3: Meditation

  • Learn how to create a simple meditation practice that you can bring into your daily life so that you can maintain this long after the program ends (learn 7 different techniques, so you have a meditation buffet to choose from) 

Session 4: The Power of the Mind

  • Explore stress & it’s relationship to your brain, your physiological body, and your demeanor. Learn to make stress your friend, and discover how your perspective and attitude are tools that immensely effect your demeanor, outlook, and way of being in the world.  

Session 5: The Body - Creating Balanced Energy

  • Learn how to create balance from within, exploring both Yin and Yang energy and the practice of yoga (and other forms of mindful movement).  

Session 6: Mindful Eating

  • Learn to consume (eat and drink) in a way that engages all your senses, slowing down the process, allowing you to enjoy your food, reduce overeating, cravings, and mindless eating – as well as basic healthy eating tips. 

Session 7: Holding Space - Mindful Listening & Communicating

  • Learn the art of giving your presence to others; explore how you listen and how you share/communicate, observe the judgements and patterns you currently have and consider what shifts you can make to hold space in a loving, compassionate, caring way. 

Session 8: Living Mindfully & Mindfulness in the Workplace 

  • Learn to apply the mindfulness practices and tools we discussed in your work environment and how to continue implementing them into your daily life -- make this a lifelong practice!
