Sacred Sweat co-founders Sarah + Kelly invite you to spend a week tuning into yourself on our DIVINE ALCHEMY IN THE ALPS Retreat to Pontresina, Switzerland. Sarah + Kelly will provide the guidance to uncover your deep power and intuition using movement, meditation, and more. We invite you to find balance by providing you with opportunities for powerful movement practices and time to slow down, rest and reflect.
We will be steeped in enchanted nature and tradition while we explore the power and beauty of Switzerland. Our Swiss adventure takes us to Pontresina, an enchanting village in the upper Engadin valley of the High Alps. Surrounded by the impressive Bernina-Massif, but sheltered from the wind and elements, Pontresina has a rich history & charm tucked into a valley of pristine nature, glacier trails, mountain lakes and aromatic alpine meadows.
What to Expect
This experience provides daily movement and meditation practices, as well as guided excursions to Muottas Murgal (one of the most beautiful vantage points above the lakes) and Divolezza where we’ll take a cable car to the breathtaking glacier viewpoints. Hiking through the Alpine trials and meadows is a spectacular life changing experience. A trip on the Unesco railway to the Italian speaking town of Posciavo where we’ll enjoy this picturesque village of medieval architecture. Day adventure to the enchanting village of Sils, and a boat ride on the magical lake to Isola. We will be at altitudes of 6,000+ feet above sea level.
Accommodations
We will reside in the centrally located and modern Allegra Hotel, which is the only hotel in Pontresina with direct (and included) access to the Bellavita Spa complex complete with indoor and outdoor pools, relaxation room, sauna, steam and more.
